Eastwick is run by a committee who have the ideas, make the plans and make sure the WI runs smoothly.
The following committee members were elected at the 2011 Annual Meeting.
Gill Beckett, President.
Gill chairs the committee meetings and the monthly meetings
and represents us at Group Meetings.
She's 'the queen bee' Gill also writes our newsletter
Gwen Chapman, Secretary.
Gwen deals with all our correspondence and communicates with us by email.
She instigated a "buddy" system where members who are not on email are paired with
someone who is so that information can filter through to all members.
Judy Osborne, Minutes Secretary.
Judy makes sure everything is recorded for posterity.
Jean Plank, Treasurer.
Jean takes our money and pays our bills. She adds it all up and writes it all down
and pleases the auditor with her records.
Jean also looks after our entry on the MCS, the Membership Communication System.

Jill Davies, programme co-ordinator,
Jill looks after the speakers at our meetings.
At the same time she is planning our 2013 programme.
Sheila Tunnacliffe, Refreshments.
Sheila organises our tea/coffee and biscuits at meetings,
with the help of different members each month.
Gill Apted, Register. Gill takes our names and looks after our badges.

Raffle tickets are sold by two different members every month - this gives people a chance to be involved.

Sally Dampney, Press reports and website. Press reports are sent every month to the Leatherhead Advertiser
and Surrey WI News.
Quarterly reports are sent to the Bookhams Bulletin.
Sylvia Morris, Scrapbook. Eastwick has kept a scrapbook since it first started and the books are
brought out at special meetings.
