Eastwick members meet people from neighbouring WIs at The Emlyn Downs Group meetings.
The other WIs in the Group are Ashtead, Bookhams Evening, Fetcham Village, Leatherhead Morning and Mole Valley.
The Group is run by the Group Convener Sheila Webber who is a member of Eastwick, a Group Treasurer, all the presidents in the Group and the WI Adviser attached to the Group, Jan Heasman
Eastwick is part of The Surrey Federation of WIs. Members attend the big federation meetings at The Dorking Halls and many of the other events they put on. The Federation office is near Guildford. Eastwick is very well represented on Surrey committees:
Sheila Webber is a Surrey Federation Trustee and is the Denman College Representative
Jill Elliott is a WI Adviser
Gill Beckett is an Independent Financial Examiner
Ann Lillywhite is a member of the Membership sub-committee and is training to be an Adviser
Liz Williams is a member of the Public Affairs, Leisure & Sport sub-committee and runs the SFWI Camera Club.

The head office in West London has a staff of between 30 and 40 and the WI is run by a Board of elected members who make all the decisions on our behalf. See the WI on Facebook.
The patchwork logo on this page and several others is taken from one of our tablecloths. It was worked by Sally Dampney for a competition called 'Window on your WI' a few years ago. It is based on the previous NFWI tree logo and was adopted as Eastwick's own logo at the time we entered (and won!) the NFWI 'WI Of the Year' competition. It appears on our annual calendar and on the cover of a recent Eastwick Cookery Book.
