Walk on Banstead Downs

We set off from Ramblers Rest for a circular walk of about four miles
over Banstead Downs, taking just two hours.
It was a dull misty morning but it lightened as we went along and the sun even shone briefly at lunch time.







We finished our outing with a very nice lunch in the pub before heading for home,
having had a very agreeable time together, chatting as we went.
